How do you win an election?

By knocking on doors!

Studies have found that canvassing is "the most efficient electoral technology." (1) Furthermore, Get Out The Vote (GOTV) experiments "consistently find that campaigning needs to be personal in order to be effective." (2) Therefore, to win this May we need YOUR help to speak to as many voters as possible and tell them why they should vote for the Liberal Democrats.

We are out canvassing several times a week now so there are plenty of opportunities for you to get involved. This week's sessions take place on:

  • Wednesday (6-7pm)
  • Friday (2-3pm and 6-7pm)
  • Saturday (10am-3pm) - Meeting at the entrance of Bob Hann Close

We will be meeting at Our Salisbury Road HQ for each start time (unless stated otherwise). If you want to join us later then get in touch by calling our Campaign Officer Millie Earl on 07791774672.

If you don't fancy canvassing but still want to help out with the campaign then take a look here and see what activities you could help with. We are most in need of leaflet deliverers as well as volunteers to help stuff target letters into envelopes. If you can help with either of those tasks then please get in touch!
